HELP

So earlier today, the app said "error code" so I made sure my wifi was working. That didnt solve the problem so I deleted the app and got it again. I tried to log in and every time I pressed the Log In button, it loaded for a second but then nothing happened. I clicked it several times so I restarted my phone. I tried again and the same thing happened. I cant log into my account anymore. Please fix this.
